EUHubs4Data 1st open call for experiments: a summary

Since its launch in September 2020, EUhubs4Data project’s vision is to establish a European federation of Data Driven Innovation Hubs that allows SMEs and start-ups to have access to a federated catalogue of data sources and data driven services.

After two months of intense promotion, informative webinars and continuous support to potential applicants, we have now closed very successfully our first open call for experiments, aimed at supporting SMEs and start-ups in their data-driven innovation journey by financing their cross-border experiments that include EUHubs4Data datasets and EUHubs4Data services.

What are we offering to the selected experiments?

  • Access to the latest developments on data analytics and advanced assets on Big Data;
  • Technical & business coaching and continuous follow-up support by Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs) valued up to 70.000€ per experiment;
  • 60.000€ financial support, an exploitation plan and visibility and promotion on our channels.

We are proud to announce that we have received over 90 applications and reached more than 2500 companies. Thank you to all participants and project partners for their efforts and collaboration!

The successful 10 applicants will be able to make the most of the EUHubs4data offer to develop innovative or advanced products and services. Each experiment leveraging our service catalogue will receive hands-on support and coaching from at least two Digital Innovation Hubs.

We will be moving on to the 2nd call shortly this year! Stay tuned and follow our online channels for updated information.
