CeADAR helps companies evaluate the level of maturity their data scientists will need. We provide evaluation of maturity before providing customized training. Within our member companies, we also provide scouting and brokerage, connecting them.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

  • CeADAR has built a program around our AI/analytics maturity model in conjunction with one of the State Agencies. CeADAR is also independently assessed by external consultants from outside Ireland to assess our performance against KPIs. The overwhelming majority of those KPIs are financial targets
  • CeADAR works closely with companies to achieve their AI and Data Science goals by assessing their level of maturity and skills possessed. This includes giving advice in what areas their staff may need to upskill or re-skill according to the market, use cases and technologies available.
  • CeADAR can help companies increase their maturity level through the development of an AI roadmap and how AI can be seamlessly integrated into their organisation through the strategy
  • CeADAR provides tailor made training to member companies and organisations. Before that, an evaluation is done, both on the level of maturity and the skills possessed by their staff to prepare and provide the most relevant training. In certain use cases, we also connect them to potential talent and resources.

CASE EXAMPLES

As an example, CeADAR worked closely with an SME to evaluate their data and AI strategy, which involved generating an AI score. A 3-month project was established that ultimately led to the SME being promoted to the next level of maturity.
